Best Body Countdown Cookbook and Menu Plan – This is the perfect complement to the Best Body Countdown. Don’t overthink it. Just follow the recipes week by week! Easy prep, limit added sugar, and eat delicious meals! (Secret: I use this cookbook ALL THE TIME!)
Infuser Water Bottle – This is a great way to meet your daily water intake needs! You will receive a FREE infused water recipe download!
Private Facebook Group – Interact with fellow local and nationwide participants, participate in daily and weekly activities, share and receive resources, and receive feedback from experts! Access will be granted as we get closer to our kick-off date, January 16, 2018!
Daily Accountability Emails – These emails will be sent weekly from Sohailla Digsby, Registered Dietitian. Emails will include a recap of the topics covered in the book for the week.
Don’t Quit Chats – Everyone feels like giving up sometimes – if you need a boost, participate in one or all three of these bi-weekly chats facilitated by Sohailla Digsby, RDN, LD. We’ll share what makes us feel like quitting & strategies to stay strong.
Weekly Accountability Emails – These emails will be sent weekly from yours truly (Candice). Emails will include Best Body ticket reminders, fitness and wellness tips, weekly group check-in call information, the workout of the week, motivational quotes, and other useful information to support your success!
10-Minute Workout of the Week (WoW) – In the spirit of “Take Tens,” this will consist of a series of exercises that target your total body via a circuit training format and primarily rely upon your body weight as resistance. As you progress through the 52 Day Best Body Countdown, you will continuously build your exercise library and be able to integrate a variety of WoWs into your weekly fitness regimen.
“Highs & Lows” Bi-Weekly In-Person Check-in – This is our bi-weekly accountability support group. This is a time dedicated to sharing what has been working for you and any areas you may be struggling with that you want others to help you accountable. We are doing the 52 Day Countdown together! It’s okay to smile, cry, laugh, and get a little frustrated along the way. Let it out! Share! Support! Encourage. Stay strong. That’s the beauty of having each other to lean on along the way!
Our Highs & Lows sessions will take place every other Wednesday at 6:30pm PT. Our first session is January 31, 2018. We will meet at Natomas Racquet Club or a local coffee/tea shop.
