10-Minute Workout of the Week (WoW) – In the spirit of “Take Tens,” this will consist of a series of exercises that target your total body via a circuit training format and primarily rely upon your body weight as resistance. As you progress through the 52 Day Best Body Countdown, you will continuously build your exercise library and be able to integrate a variety of WoWs into your weekly fitness regimen.
On-Going Video Message Check-ins – GOOD NEWS! We added an additional layer of accountability and interaction for September 2018! We will use the Marco Polo mobile app to conduct group and 1:1 video message check-ins (Weekly Goal-setting, Accountability, & Follow-Up). For those of you who are repeat Countdowners, we scrapped the weekly virtual check-in calls and added this option instead. The Marco Polo app will allow you to participate in individual and group check-ins whenever it fits into your daily schedule.
