I have teamed up with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Sohailla Digsby, to offer the Best Body Countdown in September 2018. I love how this program integrates fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle challenges with ACCOUNTABILITY and MOTIVATIONAL tools! Back in 2014, I met Sohailla at a fitness conference, attended one of her workshops, reviewed her book, and collaborated with her ever since!

The nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle challenges of the 52-day Best Body Countdown are strategically designed to help you reach Your Best Body, regardless of your starting fitness level or weight. The interactive materials you’ll receive will guide you step-by-step to Your Best Body over 52 days, providing you with daily strategies, resources, and recipes so that you can feel and see results along the way. By the end of the Best Body Countdown, you’ll have a pantry and a medical profile that look as different from 52 days ago as you do in your jeans. Not only will you wrap up the Countdown having reached Your Best Body, but you will have built the foundation to maintain the new you forever – without looking back! Success Journal and Meal Measure – Your success journal breaks down nutrition and fitness concepts into daily activities and reflective questions. Use your meal measure to become an expert at food portion control!

Best Body Countdown Cookbook and Menu Plan – This is the perfect complement to the Best Body Countdown. Don’t overthink it. Just follow the recipes week by week! Easy prep, limit added sugar, and eat delicious meals! (Secret: I use this cookbook ALL THE TIME!)

 

 

Infuser Water Bottle – This is a great way to meet your daily water intake needs! You will receive a FREE infused water recipe download!

Private Facebook Group – Interact with fellow local and nationwide participants, participate in daily and weekly activities, share and receive resources, and receive feedback from experts! Access will be granted as we get closer to our kick-off date, January 16, 2018!

Daily Accountability Emails –
 These emails will be sent weekly from Sohailla Digsby, Registered Dietitian. Emails will include a recap of the topics covered in the book for the week.

Don’t Quit Chats – Everyone feels like giving up sometimes – if you need a boost, participate in one or all three of these bi-weekly chats facilitated by Sohailla Digsby, RDN, LD. We’ll share what makes us feel like quitting & strategies to stay strong.

Weekly Accountability Emails –
 These emails will be sent weekly from yours truly (Candice). Emails will include Best Body ticket reminders, fitness and wellness tips, weekly group check-in call information, the workout of the week, motivational quotes, and other useful information to support your success!

10-Minute Workout of the Week (WoW) – In the spirit of “Take Tens,” this will consist of a series of exercises that target your total body via a circuit training format and primarily rely upon your body weight as resistance. As you progress through the 52 Day Best Body Countdown, you will continuously build your exercise library and be able to integrate a variety of WoWs into your weekly fitness regimen.

Daily Video Message Check-in – GOOD NEWS! We will use the Marco Polo mobile app to conduct group and 1:1 video message check-ins (Weekly Goal-setting, Accountability, & Follow-Up). Download Marco Polo to your phone.  Android | iPhone

For those of you who are repeat Countdowners, we scrapped the weekly virtual check-in calls and added this option instead. The Marco Polo app will allow you to participate in individual and group check-ins whenever it fits into your daily schedule. 

Win Contests & Drawings – For every Best Body Ticket Challenge you complete, your name will be tossed in the hat to win 10 contests and drawings throughout the 52 days! Past participants won a t-shirt, foam roller and tutorial, relaxation goodie bags, cooler, gift cards to your favorite places, and more!
