  1. Do I really, really, really need an accountability partner? The quick answer is NO. However, your chances of being super successful with the Countdown go up exponentially if you have one. So why not seal the deal and sign up with someone local or long distance to help hold you accountable? If I was in your shoes, I would find an accountability partner ASAP. The first time I did the program, my AP was my mom!
  2. Can I sign up if I don’t live near my Countdown facilitator (Candice) or my accountability partner? Yes! Our past participants have represented California, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Texas, and Virginia.
  3. I don’t like Facebook or never thought about creating an account. Do I really, really, really need a FB account in order to participate in the Countdown? No. But you know there’s a but! You will miss out on the juicy knowledge nuggets, supportive group interactions, online and local wellness resources, reminders, and funny fitness and nutrition memes to keep you motivated along the way. Our private Facebook group is a HUGE resource for you. Plus, you have access to a plethora of fitness, nutrition, and wellness experts on our page!
  4. I’m a bit overwhelmed with all of the techie stuff. Do I have to use Facebook and all the suggested mobile apps? No. Figure out what works best for you and use it. We offer multiple communication tools, because everyone has different preferences. Please consistently use something to stay plugged in and involved. We want you to “touch” the Best Body Countdown for 52 consecutive days!
  5. If I already have a meal measure, Success Journal, infuser water bottle, and Cookbook and Menu Plan, do I have to purchase them again? No, of course not! In your online registration form, please indicate which materials you do not want and your registration cost will be properly discounted. (Meal Measure = $8, Success Journal = $12, infuser water bottle = $16, Cookbook and Menu Plan = $16)* *These prices reflect bulk ordering rates I receive as a business.
  6. Is there an electronic version of the Cookbook and Menu Plan available? Yes. Please specify in the final “Questions” section in your online registration. The electronic and hard copy versions each cost the same price.
  7. I see the value in this program and really hope there is a way to split the cost into 2 payments. Is this possible? Yes, this is possible for repeat participants or anyone who is personally referred by a past participant to participate. Let me know who referred you to the program and can vouch for your level of commitment to your success in the Countdown. I will contact and coordinate payments with you or your referral.
  8. Do I have to pay for tax and shipping to receive my Best Body Countdown materials? No taxes will be applied to your registration. Shipping costs have been folded into Countdown costs.
  9. What will I receive in the mail with my Best Body Countdown registration materials? You will receive a meal measure, Success Journal, and two 5 x 7 printed Best Body Countdown calendars, an infuser water bottle, and Cookbook and Menu Plan.
  10. When will I receive my Best Body Countdown materials? Registration materials will be mailed to paid registrants on Thursday, August 23, 2018 via USPS Priority Mail. LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  11. When does the Best Body Countdown start? Fall 2020 dates will be released early this summer!
  12. So wait, I’m confused? Who’s Sohailla? Sohailla Digsby is the creator of the Best Body Countdown, author of the Success Journal, co-author of the Cookbook & Menu Plan, and primary facilitator and organizer of the Best Body Countdown program. She now leads a national team of fitness and health professional who serve as local facilitators of the Best Body Countdown. I met Sohailla at a fitness conference four years ago and we have kept in touch ever since! She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and lives in Georgia. She works with a stellar team of professionals to help her send daily reminders and emails to you throughout the program. Sohailla also leads the Don’t Quit Chats.
